Cobra Kit Cars -- N.A.S. in Arizona

Hello!
I'm a newbee. My company, Southwest Valuations, appraises unique and exotic motor vehicles. We have been asked to develop and opinion of value for a 15-year old Cobra kit car.
The body and chassis were produced by a company named N.A.S. in Arizona - now out of business - in 1992. Can anyone provde further information on this company and its background? Thanks.
