So....here i am ..just finished restoring a 67 convertable mustang...its sunday afternoon and a bit cloudy...flick on the tv and started watching the all time classic...good old ferris....
Then I saw that mok up ferrari that Ive seen over a 100 times, ...and thought to my self...there has to be someone out there with the kit or the molds or the dimensions of the frame to start such a project.
Now...as i can see...it has been discussed before on this site and 21 hours of internet research aint given me any thing but dead ends.
the car or kit that I and alot of other people are trying to find is the 1961 ferrari gt250....also known as a calyspider built by precision engineering in california.
If you surf the web...there are stories(only) of this company still existing, the molds sold to some guy in detriot and then he died...the company is alive and well...even kitcar mag has an article on them and contact details that is now disconected.
DOES ANYONE....REALLY REALLY know where can you get any kind of information on this car, diagrams, who has the molds, anything would be FN great
...and thanks for reading this.

The funny this is that the one used in the movie was a kit itself.
