The best kit is the one that gets your heart pumping, your adrenaline flowing, and those endorphins coursing through your bloodstream the most. I have a friend who has built and owned both Cobra roadster replicas and a Daytona Coupe kit. From creating this cool cars, he realized he likes the wide open spaces found with a roadster, at least for now.

Another friend built a Cobra and then a GT40. He loves his new GT40, primarily because it's wicked fast on a racetrack, but he'd like to also have an open cockpit car, too. He says he needs the convertible as a "go get the milk car."

To me, this would be the ideal set up, have some sort of open cockpit fast replicar, like maybe a 550 Spyder replica with a Porsche 911 engine, and also have a coupe, like a Grand Sport, or a GT40, or maybe a Type 65 Daytona Coupe. Ahhh, it's nice to dream, isn't it?

Yeah, having a roadster and a coupe would be nice. because you have to have something for when it rains!
