After reading Dan Reiter install of L.E.D. taillights on his cobra would you do the same to your car? Or are you trying to keep your replica more authentic?

In terms of taillights, I'd go the genuine route. So long as the genie taillights I'm installing light up real bright, I'd want my Cobra's caboose to look like the original snakes did back in the '60s. That's my personal preference. What's yours? Where are all those Cobra owners and builders out there? This is America. Speak up and be heard. Don't be shy!

Wow Brian, you hopped right on that! I would have to agree, some things safety wise are better updated, like modern disc brakes and stuff, but taillights in my opinion should be like they were in the back when the cars were designed.

As much as I like originalty, I also like other drivers seeing me. I've had comments on the track on how hard it is to see my brake lights. When slowing down from 135, it's better that the drivers behind me know what I'm doing.
