im planning to buy a part built diablo can they still be made road legal in texas

They should be, there are several builders in Texas, and there are also a couple of shows in Texas.
Now i'm not sure if the Kit you plan on buying is road legal or not, or if there any hoops you have to jump through to get your car legalized in Texas
