I can answer that question, the owners manual has all the parts and their original uses.

My problem is that all I have is a assembly manual. I always have problems when trying to replace something. Took me forever to find a speedometer cable. Any help you can give me would be greatly
appreciated--it't great to have someplace like this to go to for assistance. Didn't realizs it was here. Thanks again for your assistance---jdgbwg

I just joined this site. Has anyone ever built a Mercedes replicar of a 1970 280SL? I know others besides myself that would like a reliable daily driver but not spend $60K+ for a restored original. There are toyotas and other cars with the same wheelbase and width as an original. Are composit body parts available, including the pagota? Thanks very much, Chilton.

Hi
Where in Ohio are you located?  I have been watching for an affordable Marlene for quite a while, but have never actually seen one up close.  If you are not too far away, I would love to see yours.  I live in Coshocton Co.
  Thanks

I am located in Carey, OH. That is about 50 south of TOledo, and east if Findlay, Actually I am thinking about selling mine. We are thinking about
moving back to Arizona and probably won't take the Merlene with us. We dont use it very much. GOt less than 2000 miles on it-----Jim

I think a big thanks is in order for TXDon, for creating a thread that has helped so many Mercedes Replica owners. I'm pretty sure this is the largest thread on this site by far.

I just found this thread and I am excited about talking Benz. I own a 1934 H.T. Price 500K and have an absolute blast. At Christmas I dress in black leather with a santa wig and beard. Parents stop me kids jump in the car etc. I tell them I'm Santa's brother who likes to party late.

I am taking off next week with my RV, going from down in the tip of Texas to El Paso, Las Vegas, Winnemucca, Elko, and KC Mo, then back here thru Ft Worth.
I have one Marlene so far lined up, in El Paso.  There is another guy in KC but I think I lost his contact information.   If any of you are on the way, let me know.

Hello!
My name is Sveta. I'm from Russia. Could help me please!!!!
My boss bought Mercedes 500 Replica. We need to find an Assembly manual. One guy printed me the page from the Internet with the picture of this book. But I can find no links
It was made dy Yeritage Motor Cars, printed in Miami (it seems to be so).
Any ideas?

I would really happy about any advice.

Greeting Marlene owners.  I am trying to renew all the bushings on the front end of a 1988 Heritage Motors (unfinished) 500K kit. What's there is all age-cracked and I am replacing them before continuing the buildup. I have an assembly manual, but not the 'Owner’s Manual' that Don mentioned. Question: Short term - what year Mustang II front end rebuild kit am I looking for? Longer term - Can I buy a good quality copy from someone?
I also have one (1) original bumper, undrilled, and still wrapped up that I would like to sell. Since my 20 year old kit only came with one, and getting another one isn't possible, I am going to put on 1934 Ford bumpers which ARE available, and look very nice and period appropriate. I am looking for $200+shipping since the 1934's cost me $400 for a pair.
