Hello All, I'm trying to find out what the deal is with titling and registering a speedster replicar in the state of GA. The state is telling me that it can't be done, period! Any way around this?

I would imagine there would be some way to get it registered, but I can't help because I don't know about the laws in GA. Anybody from GA that can help?
