I just purchased a 57 Ford Thunderbird Replica. Was told that it was a Regal. But I called Regal and they said it wasnt Regal. It is a production car built by a factory but cant seem to find any info on who, what, where, or when it was built. Is there anybody on here that knows about the T Bird Replica Companys. There are photos in the readers ride section.

I don't know much about custom cars like this, but does the vehicle have an original vin, or was a new vin assigned to the car? If it has the vin to the original chassis, there are a few websites where you can run the vin and it will tell you year/make/model/engine/etc... for the original vehicle. If its on a GM chassis the website compnine.com would be really good at getting it.

Americans have been reacting to the gas price hike by changing their vehicle buying habits. That said, people are not getting more hybrids or electrics. Instead of green automobiles, people have been buying smaller automobiles that sip daintily from the tank. I found this here: Compact cars far more popular than electric cars, cardealexpert.com/news-information
