I am relatively new to the forum however I have a very interesting and very rare find, as it was serial numbered #1 off the manufacturing line. My father passed away in 2005 and I am just now getting around to handling some of the affairs for the family (as the eldest son).
My father purchased a replica car of the 1953-55 Corvette from a company referred to as Exxacta Car, Inc. back in 1985. There were very few of these replica cars made (complete) from this company which I believe has since gone out of business. In fact I believe that Lonestar Classics may have purchased they original bodykit/license from this company which today they refer to as the Roadster 66 or LS-53 kit on their website.

I have the car with me here in Syracuse, NY where my parents originally resided. My mother, since the passing of my father, has since moved to the State of Florida, where the car was originally titled to. It is a clean title as the car was paid for in cash (well check), and in addition I have the original "Manufacturer's Statement of Origin To a Motor Vehicle" stating that the car was manufactured on January 10, 1985 and invoiced/delivered to my father with his address in Syracuse, NY. The Trade name for the company on this document is "Exxacta Car" and the year of manufacture is 1985 with the body type being noted as "Roadster Convertible" and a motor noted as "8 Cylinders". The VIN #85ECJN7482MCO2OOZ. It is signed and notarized by the President of the Company, Francis P. Nasta.
I have the original bill of sale (signed by the President as well) and a copy of the original canceled check from my parents personal account purchasing the vehicle from Exxacta Cars, Inc. The Bill of Sale and check were dated November 10, 1984 as they car was the #1 off the manufacturing line and had to be "pre-ordered" at the pricing offered to my father. I have multiple photos of the vehicle, motor, etc. and can grab a youtube.com video of it being driven around the block if there are any serious buyers out there with interest. I am not interested in trading it, and would prefer to sell it outright.

Please give me a call, email or write me at the below contact data if you would like to see photos, documentation (as I've scanned all documents mentioned above - inclusive of Clean Florida Title and the original Manufacturer's Statement of Origin To a Motor Vehicle.

Thanks for reading!
