Hi everybody, i'm a new guy here, and my reason to join you is i plan to build my own kit car. Ok, at the moment, i just got the idea, do not realy start the project, i prefer to research all advise as possible on it ... So ANY advise will welcome.
- What materiel do you use to make the plug ( wood, foam, urethan ... )which one is the best to create a body that have many curves in ?
- What is the method to make a multi pieces mold... i know they use clay to defined the parts, but i have to learn a lot on it !
Technique for a two piece parts, like doors...
ANY ANY advise wellcome

waynep7122 that was interesting artical I would have never tought of useing those materials to build a plug. Contruction hard foam insulation, HUMM verry intreresting. 3836bbl/Budnicks
